Hello honeys, yes I know this is my second coffee post in a row (I’m sorry). So a lot has been going on in my life at the moment and if I’m honest, it is a lot of bad shit. I continuously think am I putting out good enough content? Is it interesting enough? But I am currently in the fuck it mindset, you are all lush people and I consider you my friends, so today is going to be a bit of an update post! I have just realised I haven’t uploaded one of these posts since June last year, wtf!
If We Were Having Coffee… I would tell you all about my grandad and how grateful I am for the NHS. The past two weeks, my grandad has been in hospital and is awaiting an operation for his heart and the NHS has been so amazing, like so so freaking amazing. It’s been such a rough time, especially considering my other grandad passed away due to heart problems, but he is finally on the mend.
If We Were Having Coffee… I would convince you to join me on a spa day. Recently me and Chan went to Cadbury House spa in Bristol to celebrate her 21st and it was so relaxing and incredibly overdue. We started it off with the most delicious breakfast, then a lounge around the pool. They have an indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, saunas, steam rooms, and the best part was the relaxation room. You walk into a dimly lit room and you’re welcomed with essential oil diffusers, double beds, relaxing music and is the perfect place to relax. However, spas can be pricey so always look on Groupon or Wowcher for some bargains – I got a spa deal for two people with lunch included and managed to save some money!
If We Were Having Coffee… I would take you to Primark, they have so many good summer outfits in at the moment. I recently went to the Bristol store and came out an hour later with two huge bags and a significantly lighter purse haha. Me and Chan are off on our travels to Greece this weekend, so I am so glad I have some cute dresses for it!
If We Were Having Coffee… I would have a little rant about how hard it is trying to juggle everything. I feel like I can never really put my all into something because I have so much going on, so I’d like to thank Phoebe, Michaela and Chan for bearing with me and my lack of presence. You are all babes. How does everyone do it? Seeing friends, family, working every day as well as blogging? How do you all do it?! Help a gal out.
If We Were Having Coffee… I would tell you how much I am loving being by the sea. Tom’s uni is in Portsmouth, which means I visit the seaside town quite a lot and it is so idyllic, especially when the sun is shining. As I am writing this I am currently in Portsmouth nursing a hangover, yesterday was spent on the beach with a bottle of wine in hand and was definitely what I needed after such a chaotic week.
If We Were Having Coffee… It would be hard to hide my excitement about a brand I will be working with. Riverdean reached out to be on Instagram and soon I will be doing some work with them on my blog and Instagram so make sure you stay tuned for that – there will be a coupon code so you can get your hands on some gorg watches without breaking the bank!!
If We Were Having Coffee… We would be drinking an iced coffee, (but then again I drink iced coffees all year round). In England, we are currently blessed with some sunshine and good weather wouldn’t be complete without an iced coffee in hand.
If you didn’t know I was British before, you would definitely know by now. I think it is impossible for us Brits to not talk about the weather haha!! Thank you all for reading, I hope you enjoyed this little catch-up post.
Until next time,

I feel you girl, the daily grind of work, life and socialising is hard. Some weeks will be manageable but sometimes one of the above is going to take a back seat. Must be so nice to visit the seaside when you’re in Plymouth x

It’s so so tough trying to balance it all and it’s reassuring to know I’m not the only one who struggles! Being by the sea is so relaxing, I can’t wait to go there more in the summer! Thank you for reading honey xx

It’s fine if you don’t have time to put out content, we love anything you post and even if you didn’t post for a month, I’d still re-read your older posts! I’m so glad to hear the NHS and really helped your Grandfather and I am glad he’s on the mend, also you’re right about the weather it’s been weirdly nice these past few weeks! (haha such a British thing to talk about) I hope you have time to put out some great content in the upcoming weeks, but if not, don’t worry, I’ll re-read it all! xxx
